Here are a bunch of good pork rib recipes I have flirted with or modified over the years.

I sometimes cook them in a cast iron iron Dutch oven… after starting on the stove… and of course, I always add three times the amount of red wine than suggested…. makes for even better flavour when slow cooking in the oven… just make certain always to have enough red wine or Chinese cooking wine or sherry in the Dutch over with the ribs… never want them to dry out and burn…..
